Rekorderlig Strawberry-Lime Cider perfectly embodies the taste of a beautifully Swedish summer with the flavour of freshly picked strawberries balanced with a refreshing hint of lime and made with pure Swedish spring water.

One of our original and most popular flavours, our Strawberry-Lime cider is deliciously sweet and refreshing. Medium bodied with fresh strawberry and zesty citrus notes.

Our Strawberry-Lime Cider is best served cold over ice with a squeeze of lime and sprig of mint.

Swedish strawberry Spice

Ingredients Method

90ml Reposado Tequila
90ml Fresh Lime Juice
90m Agave Sugar/Nectar
3-4 Fresh Strawberries
2cm Birds Eye Chilli
2 x 330ml Bottles of Rekorderlig Strawberry-Lime Cider
Chilli Salt
Lime Wedge

Serves 4-5

Pour the Tequila, Lime, Agave Sugar, Bird Eye Chilli and Rekorderlig Strawberry-Lime Cider into a strong blender and add the Strawberries. Add ice until there is an equal amount of ice and liquid in the blender.

Prepare the glass by coating the rim with Lime Juice – run a Lime Wedge around the rim. Dip the rim into the Chilli Salt until you get a nice looking salt rim around the glass.

Blend the cocktail until it reaches a nice thick texture.
Serve each batch into 4-5 glasses.
